Workforce Planning Book Review
“Pragmatic approach to workforce planning helping you think beyond just an "as is" vs "to be" model. Love the section on finance and models - reminded me that "all models are wrong but some models are useful" - coined by the statistician, George Box. Whilst written for Health and Care, in the war for talent this book provides some great tools to apply in any setting.”

Workforce Planning Book Review
“A nice book, covering a whole host of skills in workforce planning from the skills needed on the front-line, all the way to building system hubs, and including redesign and planning along the way. It's a good operational approach. Targeted at the UK health sector, with lots of views on the current situation - most of it would work anywhere in the world though.”
